Anyone who has been in transition can likely relate to this experience. There is so much self-doubt, riddled with blame and feelings of failure. But this is when we need a self-esteem boost the most. It can feel awkward trying positive self-talk and writing down our strengths, but maybe that’s what we need to avoid falling into a funk.
